Everyone knows that Kardashian money can give you access to a wide range of professionals from chefs to doctors, but lately, people have been looking to their personal trainers.
During one of the scenes of Kardashian’s new Hulu show, fans watched Kim, Khloe and Kourtney at the gym working out their fitness – otherwise how could Kim lose those 16 pounds in three weeks before the Met.
The sisters are known for their intense workout, but according to a professional, this intensity does not necessarily indicate a high level of skill.
To the untrained eye, this scene might look totally normal and adorable, but to one fitness trainer who reacted to the clip on TikTok, they couldn’t have been wrong.
The fitness trainer claimed that Kardashian’s workouts need a lot of improvement.
Fitness trainer Sophia Nicole posted her tips on how the Kardashian family can do their best on TikTok.
Nicole captioned her original video, “I’m sorry,” with text in the video saying “POV: Watching The Kardashians train as a personal trainer.”
She added in a comment that she was “shocked” after watching.
Nicole makes faces as the scenes go by, seemingly concerned with her look and style as the family follows someone who is supposed to be training her.
“Wait, can someone explain to you what’s wrong? Because I don’t know,” one user commented, prompting Nicole to create an entirely separate video about what the Kardashians are doing wrong, and what they could be doing right.
She begins the clip by saying “there is a distinct lack of muscle control,” as Chloe attempts what could be either a standing side pull or a triceps pull where, instead of using the target muscle group, she uses her entire body – including legs.
Kim can also be seen in the back doing some triceps dips with a bench, but he only does half reps and doesn’t get a full range of motion.
In the next scene, during Kim’s reverse fist sideways retraction, she appears to be going too fast and putting more pressure than she needs to on her shoulders.
“Kim really should slow down the actors and lower her shoulders,” Nicole says.
Maybe the weight is too low which is why she feels like she can seep through her reps, but if that’s the case, she should probably increase it.
“I like to reduce the swing of Khloe’s biceps workout,” she continues.

Next, it looks like Khloe is doing some incline push-ups on a bench, but even a simple push-up isn’t as easy as you might think.
“Just slow down the reps and try to get a full range of motion,” says Nicole, commenting on half of the reps you do.
Realizing that some people might take it the wrong way, she took some time at the end of the video to reassure everyone that she wasn’t trying to crush them.
“I know these women do a million things a day, but I really believe that with all the resources there should be a coach who can tell them to slow down,” she says, “working their bodies effectively, safe, and real in a transformative way, so they don’t have to do it on live TV.” .
Kardashian fans, of course, would attack anyway and attack Nicole on the video, but some people actually thanked her for her clarity on the issues and asked her for more advice.
But many people have already defended the Kardashians or tried to explain their opinion that the Kardashians might have been doing it just for the TV show – a quick clip to show it they work.
